Al Cleveland is a live/session drummer, a producer, and arranger based in Los Angeles. Since he works with many di ff erent artists, he’s required to go between di ff erent approaches behind the drum set, but never abandons his personal style. He is an active educator, providing private lessons to other professionals and intermediate aspiring drummer. With a background in orchestral and rudimental music, having spent many years as a member and educator in the Drum Corps International activity, most all of his training comes from there. His goal is to inspire people to do things, in their own way. He is currently working/touring with Jhope and Cynthia Erivo simultaneously all while juggling a non stop schedule of in studio sessions.
