Key Account Sales Manager
Position Overview: Pearl Corporation is seeking an experienced Key Account/Sales Manager to lead our Sales and Customer Service teams, with an emphasis on supporting and developing e-commerce accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
☑ Achieving sales goals and plans as set by the VP of Sales and Marketing for all accounts (brick-and-mortar and online retailers).
☑ Managing the Sales and Customer Service team members.
☑ Coordinating and supporting digital catalogs and builds of e-commerce accounts.
☑ Utilizing analytics tools to measure performance, track KPIs, and identify areas for improvement.
☑ Working in conjunction with Data Teams (both internally and B2B) to audit and maintain accounts’ product stock and inventory.

Band and Orchestra Product/Marketing Manager
Position Overview: Pearl Corporation is seeking a passionate and experienced Band & Orchestra Product Manager in the Marketing Department to oversee the development and management of our band and orchestra product lines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the music industry, particularly in band and orchestra instruments, and a proven ability to drive product innovation and market growth.
Key Responsibilities:
☑ Develop, assist, and execute sales and marketing plans along with product strategies for the band and orchestra segment, aligning with Pearl’s overall business objectives.
☑ Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept and design to launch and post-launch evaluation for all products in the band and orchestra segment.
☑ Provide Technical support for an assigned process or product lines for employees, partners, and consumers as needed.
Collaborate with distribution partners, R&D, manufacturing, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development and market launch.
☑ Work closely with the Pearl Marketing creative team to develop and execute videos, photography and print media for product and educational promotions, online presentations, and other materials.
☑ Create and maintain product specifications, pricing strategies, and promotional plans. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
☑ Monitor product performance and customer feedback, making data-driven recommendations and competitive analysis materials for improvements and new product development.
☑ Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including educators, artists, and industry influencers
☑ Represent Pearl Corporation at industry events, trade shows, and educational forums.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the music industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for supporting and promoting musicians.
Key Responsibilities:
☑ Develop and manage relationships with band and orchestra artists, educators, and influencers.
☑ Identify and recruit new artists to join Pearl Corporation's roster of endorsers.
☑ Coordinate artist appearances, clinics, and workshops to promote Pearl Corporation's products.
☑ Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional strategies and campaigns featuring artists.
☑ Provide artists with the necessary support and resources to ensure their success and satisfaction.
☑ Represent Pearl Corporation at industry events, trade shows, and educational forums.
☑ Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of artist relations programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
