Tovah Lovely

Overview
Tovah Lovely is a native of Belle Glade, FL and born into a family of musicians. Lovely started playing drums at a young age, picking up a pair of drumsticks at the age of 2. From kindergarten through college, Lovely was able to learn all aspects of the major percussion instruments.
Lovely attended Florida A&M University, and Atlanta Institute of Music, serving as a member of all University bands including wind symphony and percussion ensembles. When not touring, Lovely is an active clinician, teaching all levels of percussion from beginning elementary to collegiate students and beyond.
Throughout his career, Lovely has held positions as Show Director, Show Designer, Creative Assistant, Performer, Music Producer, Choreographer, Percussion Director, and even Show Captain for major touring stage productions, both nationally and internationally.
Lovely is constantly evolving, learning and applying his experiences to improve not only as a musician, but as a teacher and clinician. Lovely currently serves as the Assistant to the Director of Percussion at Florida A&M University.
