Tony Martuccelli was born in Teano on 20/03/1979. He started his drum studies from the age of 14. In 1999 he enters in “Università della musica” in Rome. In 2001 he begins to study with Ettore Mancini, taking lessons for about three years. In the same time, he studies style applications with Maurizio Dei Lazzaretti and Agostino Marangolo. Considered as one of the best drum teachers in Italy (“Percussioni”, december 2006, ndr). He teached in a lot of drum schools, and after some years he opened up his own drum school, “Ritmo è Vita”, in Roccamonfina. He is also busy as a clinician and live and studio drummer and has worked with: Gepy e gepy, Lalla Francia, Tonino Migliore, Bruno Cuomo, Stefano Sani, Christian, Luca Sepe, Tony Tammaro, Aleandro Baldi, Gianni Nazzaro, Mario Trevi.
