Bradley Robinson is a percussionist, drum set artist, and clinician in the Washington, D.C. area. Robinson has participated in numerous nationally recognized and televised events throughout his professional career. These have included CNN’s July 4th Fireworks Celebration, the Veterans Day “American Valor” broadcast, the Memorial Day Celebration at the Kennedy Center, appearances at the New World Center, the Midwest Clinic Band and Orchestra Conference, and the NCAA Men’s Basketball National Championship. 

Bradley maintains an active career as a soloist, clinician, and collaborative artist. He has performed Michael Daugherty’s Raise the Roof at the Texas Bandmasters Association Convention and has presented drum set and timpani solo works throughout his professional career. His collaborations have spanned a wide range of genres and have included performances with Gavin DeGraw, Andy Grammer, Doc Severinsen, Wayne Bergeron, Renée Elise Goldsberry, Christopher Jackson, Megan Hilty, Eric Whitacre, Frank Ticheli, Andy Akiho, Ji Su Jung, Jasmine Choi, Boston Brass, and Michelle Cann. 

Earlier in his career, Robinson toured throughout the Midwest with his rock band “3 Ways Out,” sharing the stage with artists including John Michael Montgomery, Mr. K (Big in Iowa), and Randy Peak, from David Allan Coe, Merle Haggard, and Lynyrd Skynyrd. 

Robinson holds a Bachelor of Music in Percussion Performance from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, where he studied with Rusty Burge, Jim Culley, and Al Otte. He earned a Master of Music from Ohio University under Roger Braun and completed six semesters of doctoral study at the University of Georgia with Timothy K. Adams, Jr. and Kimberly Toscano Adams. He has also studied with Bill Albin, Guy Remonko, and Ben Ramirez. Bradley is a percussionist with the United States Air Force Band.
