Overview
Simon McKay is a Canadian drummer and multi-instrumentalist songwriter. He is best known as the drummer of the internationally renowned metal band The Agonist, which he joined in 2004. He has been nominated for two Juno Awards with the band, and has featured on seven albums with them. He has also done various other gigs for different artists and genres, and is currently a session musician. He has toured the world many times with The Agonist, and has a lot of energy and creativity for music. He has always played Pearl drums since the very beginning, starting on an old forum kit that his father bought for him as a child.
