A drummer with greatest passion and ambition, one of the most prominent female drummers in Korea brings a breath of fresh air as an online sensation. Born and raised in Daegu, as a student A-Yeon had been longing to become a K-pop artist as she was witnessing K-pop music rapidly spreading while being widely recognized as music with ignited passion and playing a pivotal role in making Korean music known by many around the world, It was in 2013, when she became 20 years old, she moved to Seoul where she started training as a K-pop artist and practicing the drums, hoping that one day she would become what she had dreamed of. In tirelessly training both as an artist and a drummer day after day, year after year, she got a chance to start her career as a member of a Korean idol band, with which she thought she could finally turn her dream into reality. However, the journey was not easy nor smooth sailing. The band did not grow the way she hoped for and they soon found themselves in a very tough environment where the traditional K-pop community and culture was so firmly established that it was even hard to draw attention within the country let alone outside it as a new comer, The struggles continued for a while though, a turning point would come when she and her band decided to perform on the streets, which would then paved her way to become an internationally recognized drummer/artist at a later stage. It was not long after she and her band started performing on the street. a number bystanders were blown away by how passionately and powerfully she played the drums and then they started posting videos of her and the band on social medias voluntarily, some of which had gone viral with millions of views achieved on them, continuing to inspire many even today. She now has her own YouTube channel with over a million of subscribers to it around the world and continues to brush up her skills and technic while already being widely recognized as an inspirational female drummer not only in Korea, but outside it. Her passion towards heavy metal music is obvious and how creatively she plays and arranges K-pop and Japanese animation songs in metal style on contrary to another side of her as a top model is always inspirational and fun to watch.
