Born in Semarang, central java – Indonesia. He learn to play a guitar and piano before decide to play drum when he find in the church there's no drummer to play the drumset and since that he devoted himself to play drum until now. Danny is a well-known drummer in Indonesia, especially in gospel community. He also teaching drum since 1989 for church, gospel community and music schools. He plays with many famous Indonesia musician as session player like Indonesia lady rocker Nicky Astria and Sinjo Band. He once recorded with gospel musician from USA, Father Gerrit Hansen and made 3 gospel albums with his band call Ezra.

Now, Danny continue his journey with Pearl, travelling around Indonesia sharing his thought in drumming to all young drummer generation.
