For mounting Vision series toms fitted with the ISS Suspension Mount to the BB-300C bass drum bracket.  Features Pearl's 7/8" mounting post with a shorter tom-side end to assure proper placement earlier Vision Series drums.  Priced for the student but strong enough for the gigging environment, it features a geared/locking tilter for mounting any drum or bracket that accepts a 7/8" tubular arm.
