Kristján has been in the forefront of the metal scene in Iceland for the last 20 years. Currently his efforts are split among many projects, Kookaveen, Collective and Changer to name the biggest ones. Being a talented artist, Kristján also writes songs and lyrics and plays guitar in numerous projects.

Kristján has been a vivid Pearl user since he discovered his passion for drums as a teenager, and has been an official Pearl artist for the last decade.
