Jay Allen has been playing live shows for over 30 years in such bands as Providence, One Inch Punch/Mid Youth Crisis, Heads Kicked Off, Identity Theft, The Kill, Shallow Grave, After Burner. He currently plays in Sanctioned, Remains and Tom Lyncoln’s Raging Head. He has toured Australia many times and Europe and the USA.
