A true original from our 75 year history, the President Series Phenolic Diamond Jubilee Edition drum set's immaculate vintage style is a limited production modern-classic with retooled, modern elements.

The Primero Basket Conga Stands are sold individually and accommodate 10" and 11" congas to be played in a standing position. The black powder coated stands feature three height adjustable legs. At the shortest setting the leg portion is 18.5" and at the tallest setting the leg is 27". The drum rests on rubber coated arms that protect the drums finish, while the weight of the drum holds it in place. Individual stands allow the player to position the drums in the exact placement desired, and setup and tear down is quick and easy.

 

The body of Primero Cajons is constructed using MDF, Medium-density Fiberboard, or Shorea plywood creating a solid and durable sound chamber. Most models feature Meranti faceplates. Meranti is a wood known for its relative hardness and straight grain making it ideal for cajons. A built-in bass port magnifies the massive low-end tone of the Cajon while curly snare wires provide a bright, crisp snare response. Each of these Primero Cajons features a look as distinctive as the percussionist who plays them.

Pearl’s Primero Pro series of congas and bongos were designed with professional features at an affordable price making them the perfect conga set for semi pro players and school programs. Our expanded range of sizes offers 10” & 11” and 11.75” & 12.5” sets in both Thai Oak and Fiberglass with specific finishes for both shell types. Primero Pro congas are 28" tall, the ideal height for seated players and feature Pearl's Contour Crown rims and buffalo skin heads.

 All Primero Pro finishes are available with matching bongos that are sold separately.

Pearl’s ever popular Primero Pro Bongos are designed with professional features and even include the same Contour Crown rims found on Pearl's Elite Series bongos. Contour Crown rims feel softer under your hands due to their curved shape. Primero Pro Bongos deliver profession features at an affordable price and are available in your choice of Thai Oak or fiberglass shells.

The Primero Pro Steel Timbales are a budget conscious timbale set packed with professional features. The heavy-duty double braced tilting stand securely supports the 14" & 15" steel shells that are 7" deep for added projection and greater cascara surface area.
 

The cowbell mount is included on Pearl's PT900W Timbale stand making set-up and teardown possible in seconds. Tuning wrench and sticks are included.

The Primero Rock Tambourine features 6 double sets of Millennium Chrome Jingles in a matte black oval frame. This 9" tambourine is the perfect size for drum set players to place on a crash or hi-hat cymbal.

The Primero Series are made with the same meticulous detail and workmanship as pro-level and Signature models but with smaller sizes and lighter hardware. Primero congas are ideal for students, band programs and beginning players and are available with both durable wood shells and hand-layer fiberglass shells.
