Grant is currently a designer and consultant to numerous groups in the Northeast. Most notably, he is the director of the South County High School Indoor Drumline in Lorton, VA. After starting the indoor program in 2014, the ensemble quickly grew into a WGI Scholastic Open Finalist in 2017 and 2018. The growth continued as South County became a WGI World Class Finalist in 2019. Grant has also been on the design team for the perennial DCA World Champion Reading Buccaneers since 2017. He has also been on staff with Westfield High School, the Penn State Indoor Drumline, the Hawthorne Caballeros and the George Mason University Indoor Drumline.
