Eric is currently the Director of Percussion and Assistant Band Director at James Logan High School in Union City, CA as well as Director of the New Haven Percussion Ensemble.  Eric earned is BA in Music Education from Fresno State University and went on to become a band director at Foothill HS in Bakersfield, CA before joining James Logan.

Eric was in the Concord Blue Devils snare line for four years and went on to win two high percussion and two DCI World Championships.  He was also a part of the first ever WGI Percussion champion Clovis West HS and the Independent Open Champion Sacramento Freelancers. Eric has been a percussion instructor at many high schools in central and northern California as well as Yamato Drum & Bugle Corps, Fever Drum & Bugle Corps, Sacramento Mandarins, Sacramento Freelancers, and the Blue Devils B Drum & Bugle Corps.  Eric is a proud endorser of Pearl Drums, Zildjian, Innovative Percussion and Evans drumheads.
