Jamie-Leigh Schultz, born June 8, 2003 in Johannesburg, South Africa. Jamie and her family moved to the United States in December, 2015. This fearless drummer and bassist grew up surrounded by music at all times. She would attend shows with her dad as he travelled all over the country. Intrigued by music one would always find her drumming on anything that could give back sound.

Jamie received her first drum kit at the age of 5 but only started playing seriously at the age of 9. She took her drumming exams and passed with distinctions for grades 1-6 with Rock school (Johannesburg). Jamie and her brother took 3^rd place in South Africa’s Got Talent in 2013.  She is inspired and motivated by her mentor, her Dad.

Jamie is currently in a band with her brother and dad called: “The JLS Experience”

Jamie features on her brother Justin-Lee’s Debut Album “GRUV KID” which was released on November 13, 2020, as well as a Christmas single: “This Christmas”, released on the same day. Jamie can be found playing with her brother Justin and her Dad, Julius in their band “The JLS Experience”.  Jamie and Justin are releasing an album in spring of 2022 under the name J3. That project includes the talented bassist Jaden Baker.
