Viscount Bass Drums

Designed and built in conjunction with The Royal Marines and British Army, the Pearl Viscount Series Bass Drums offer 4-ply Birch shells with reinforcement rings which give the perfect sound for parade band settings. The wooden hoops and tube lugs give the drum the classic look and the distinctive historical sound.

Matched with case-hardened tension bolts and aluminum alloy hardware, these drums are designed to withstand the rest of time while providing a rich bass sonority. All Viscount Bass Drums are fitted with Remo Powermax heads for increased projection and control.

Pearl's Viscount Bass Drum features a 4-ply 100% Birch Shell with reinforcement rings. Matched with 6-ply 100% Maple hoops, these lightweight drums provide the low-end frequency needed to lead your ensemble.

Aluminum alloy tube lugs provide a lightweight yet sturdy tension point for the drum.
Die-cast Rubber-lined Claws
