Pearl Corporation announces a series of signature congas and bongos from artist Jesus Diaz. The Cuban-born Diaz is one of the most in-demand percussionists and vocalists on the scene today. His active schedule inspired the feature set for his new signature series.

Crafted from select Thai Oak, the Macho and Hembra shells deliver a rich, dynamic sound with excellent balance and projection. A fiberglass inner coating enhances clarity and definition, producing articulate overtones that cut through both live and studio settings. The reduced center block width allows for tighter, more ergonomic drum placement, improving overall playing comfort and control.

Traditional chrome hardware offers a classic appearance with reliable durability, while Quick Release Lugs make tuning adjustments and head replacement fast and effortless. Each drum is fitted with hand-selected premium buffalo skins, chosen for consistency in feel, response, and tonal character.
