Calvin Davidson started teaching himself to play drums when he was twelve years old, beginning on a Pearl Export drum kit.
Since moving to Edinburgh, Scotland in 2020, at the age of seventeen, Calvin has toured all over the world. From 2022 onward, he has played numerous tours in the UK, many shows and festivals across Europe, three USA tours, and even a tour in India with the band High Fade.

Calvin’s drum breaks and funk-metal approach with the band helped them garner millions of views and earn recognition from industry giants like Brad Wilk of Rage Against the Machine.

In September 2024, Calvin’s Instagram account PERRYDIMENSION blew up with over 12 million views, and nearly 30 million views across all platforms, through a series of fun videos that reimagined classic drum parts with a modern twist. His following has continued to grow by adapting this idea and creating new ways of showing how live drums can be used in unexpected contexts.

Since July 2025, Calvin has also been releasing music and performing under the name PERRYDIMENSION, in addition to recording drums for various artists.
