Adam Norris is a premier percussion educator from Louisville, Kentucky. Currently, he serves as the Assistant Caption Manager for the Cavaliers Drum & Bugle Corps and Battery Coordinator for Rhythm X. A veteran of the marching arts, Adam has previously held instructional roles with Phantom Regiment and the Blue Stars, and has performed as a member of the Colts (2008), the Bluecoats (2009-2010), and Rhythm X (2010, 2011). 

His influence as an educator, arranger, and adjudicator extends across the United States and abroad, including Europe and Asia. Adam’s approach is rooted in a diverse musical background. He studied Music Education and Percussion Performance at Eastern Kentucky University and Miami University where he performed with various ensembles, including the wind ensemble, symphony orchestra, steel band, and percussion ensemble.
