The Riverside City College Marching Tigers choose Pearl Drums and Adams Musical instruments for all its ensemble performances, including the Marching Band, Spring Pep Band, Internationally renowned Riverside All-Stars, and 3-time WGI Independent World Class Champion RCC Indoor Drumline.

Dominating the west coast since 1998, the RCC winter drum line made an unprecedented and heart-warming performance in their WGI World Championships debut in 2002 with their historic show, "The Sound of Silence." Since then, the drum line has gone on to win two more gold medals (2005 and 2007) and placing no lower than fourth in other years.
Aside from the competitions and performances, the RCC winter drum line hosts "Summer Drum Days," featuring clinicians by the activity's top percussion instructors.
Since 1990 the RCC Marching Tigers have become known as “Hollywood’s Band” having appeared in over 40 feature films, television episodes, commercials, and music videos. Some of the highlights include

Musical Ambassadors to the World
The Riverside All-Stars are made up of friends and alumni of the Marching Tigers, as well as students from high schools in and around the City of Riverside.
Most recently, the Riverside All-Stars have been invited to take part in the 25th anniversary edition of the London New Year's Day Parade and Festival on January 1st, 2011.
The Riverside All-Stars have traveled as part of the Marching Tigers throughout the world, including England, Spain, France, and Scotland. In 2006, the Riverside All-Stars were a part of the Marching Tigers when they marched in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York. In the winter of 2007-2008, the Riverside "All Stars" toured Italy, including Florence, Rome and Frescati, and a thrilling standstill performance at the historic Coliseum.
Spring Pep Band
The special events and pep band performs at all RCC men's and women's basketball games. They have also performed at major corporate events, including The 2006 Starwood World Conference and the 2005 Mazda Convention in Las Vegas, Nevada, as well as personal appearances at special events such as The world premier party for the movie "Dennis the Menace" at Warner Brothers Studios, the world premier engagement for the movie "Hero" at the Century City Cinema, the world premier party for the movie "Space Jam" at Warner Brothers Studios, and an appearance at Kirstie Alley's home for her annual Halloween party for the cast and crew of "Cheers." RCC has played for political figures such as George Bush, Thomas "Tip" O'Neil, George Duekmejian, Gerald Ford and Mary Bono.
