Crystal Beat Shell Hardware

Crystal Beat drums feature hardware elements that make the most of acrylic's characteristically loud and straightforward tone.

These include Die-Cast bass drum spurs with retractable spikes, sleek CRBL Lugs, R40 Air Suspension Floor Tom Feet, OptiMount four point tom suspension mounts, Die-Cast Bass Drum Claws, and 1.6mm triple-flanged hoops.

Single headed and Rocket toms feature shell mounted BT3 brackets to accentuate the staccato tonal bark of these unique drums.

Pearl's four point tom suspension system attaches to each tom at four corresponding tension rod points and creates a firm hold on the tom in play. By pulling the mounting hardware off the shell and using flexible positioning, each drum is free to speak with its intended voice.

However, combining it with our Free Floating chassis is where the Crystal Beat snare really shines. With no holes or hardware touching the shell, it is free to speak with its intended voice without being encumbered by shell stress or stability.

Pearl's revolutionary snare system suspends the shell in a Die-Cast chassis with only the batter head contacting the edge and allows uninhibited tonal body, resonance, and volume.
