10 Years Take a Stand with ‘Miscellanea’

Pearl Artist, Brian Vodinh, and 10 Years are challenging the modern day music industry.

With the release of their new chart-climbing single, “Miscellanea”- which debuted at the 45 position on the Active Rock Chart- the Knoxville-based rockers are reaching out to their fans in hopes of putting a stop to illegal downloading, an issue that has blighted the industry for years.  Teaming up with the 10 Years Association, the duo has constructed a contest surrounding the release of their latest single, “Miscellanea”, asking fans to forward any links containing the illegal download of the new single to the band via the 10 Years Assosciation Facebook page.  In return, the band will select a winner each week from the list of contest participants, and return the favor with a special 10 Years prize pack.

10 Years is currently getting set to embark on their first tour of 2015, which kicks off next week, on February 10th at Pop’s Nightclub in Sauget, IL, and will wind its way around the US for the following 6-weeks before coming to a close at Piere’s Entertainment Center, in Ft. Wayne, IN, on March 21st.  This tour comes in support of the band’s new album, From Birth to Burial, which is loosely-slated to be released later this summer.  A full list of dates can be found below.
For this upcoming tour, Pearl Artist, Brian Vodinh, will unveil his beautiful new Session Studio Classic drum set, topped with a 14x6.5 Reference Brass snare drum and supported by Pearl’s ultra-durable 1030 Series hardware.  More information on Brian, including full kit specs, can be found here.
