Sevendust Releases New Album & Video- Kick Off Spring Tour

Legendary hard rockers, Sevendust, have released the official video for their latest single, “Decay”.  The new track and accompanying video, which can be seen below, serves as Sevendust’s first from their highly anticipated and widely publicized new album, Black Out The Sun, which was also released earlier this week.  Upon its release to radio, “Decay” instantly shot up the Rock Charts, currently residing at the No. 12 position and continuing its undeniable climb towards its rightful spot atop the rock podium.  In support of the new album, chart soaring new single, and to keep up with their insanely popular demand, Sevendust kicked off their North America co-headlining tour this week which will wind its way around the US and Canada through late April, electrifying the masses with their heavy, hard hitting sound, and their unprecedented live spectacle.  A full list of tour dates can be found below. 

Sitting center of Sevendust’s aggression-filled stage sits longstanding Pearl artist, and world renowned drummer, Morgan Rose.  Armed with a plethora of stick tricks, flips and show-stealing flair, Morgan unleashes his astoundingly powerful and awe-strikingly-accurate drumming throughout every rock masterpiece that Sevendust unveils.  Throughout this touring cycle, Morgan will be turning to his custom Masters MCX drums to provide the warm and well rounded tone- The same drums used by Morgan throughout the recording process of the new album.  The 6-ply, all-maple shells allow for maximum resonation with excellent attack and astounding punch that is ideal for Sevendust’s unmistakable and signature sound.  Morgan’s full setup is as follows:
