Pearl Welcomes Jimmy Adams of Farewell 2 Fear

Pearl Drums is very proud to welcome a new face to their prestigious artist roster- Jimmy Adams of Farewell 2 Fear!  Jimmy and Farewell 2 Fear are quickly becoming one of mainstream rock’s most talked about bands, having spent the better part of 2013 sharing the stage alongside Morgan Rose and Sevendust, as well as playing to packed houses throughout the southeast in celebration of their album release.  The band’s debut and appropriately titled album, New Blood, hosts the hit single, “Diamonds”, a rock version of the highly popular song by pop-superstar Rihanna, which immediately launched to No. 1 status on Amazon’s Hot New Rock Singles Chart, and No. 8 on iTunes Rock Singles Chart.  Just this week, the official video for Farewell 2 Fear’s “Diamonds” was featured and premiered on, and it can be seen and heard below.
Newfound Pearl artist, Jimmy Adams, is the crushing force that provides the explosive and powerful drumming behind Farewell 2 Fear.  Jimmy’s hard hitting and straight forward approach to each track, mixed with the catchy hooks and sing-along lyrics of the band’s mainstream sound, make for a combination that is destined for success and a major reason to why the band is dubbed as one of rock’s most promising up-and-coming acts.  And, although Jimmy may be a new face on the Pearl Drums Artist Roster, that doesn’t mean he isn’t familiar with the Pearl name, having relied on his Masters Custom drums for both the recording of New Blood, and throughout all Farewell 2 Fear performances.  Jimmy’s setup is as follows:

Masters Custom:
Silver Sparkle (160)

22x18 bass drum
10x10 tom
12x10 tom
14x14 tom
16x16 tom
14x6.5 Free Floating snare drum (maple)
