Papa Roach Announce Early 2013 Tour Plans

Los Angeles, CA- Rock legends, Papa Roach, have released their early tour plans for the New Year with the announcement of their US co-headlining tour with Stone Sour! Keeping with their highly regarded reputation for being one of the finest live bands of today, Papa Roach will bring their spectacular hit-heavy set through 19 select cities throughout this 4 week-long tour, kicking off in Bethlehem, PA on January 20th, and winding around the entire US before making its final stop in Denver, CO. Papa Roach will be out in support of their new studio release, The Connection, which was released on November 19th courtesy of Eleven Seven Music. The Connection currently hosts 2 hit-singles that currently reside on the Active Rock Charts- “Still Swinging”, which peaked at the No. 3 position, and “Where Did the Angels Go?”, which was released just 2 weeks ago, debuted at the No. 46 position on the charts, and is currently claiming the No. 30 spot.

Pearl artist, Tony Palermo, is the driving force behind Papa Roach’s aggressive, passionate, and highly energetic live show, pounding his drums with an incredible force and flawless time keeping, defining the modern day rock drummer. Now on his 3rd album cycle with Papa Roach, Tony Palermo has more than secured his position in the band, providing that signature Papa Roach sound with some standout drummer-friendly flair of his own. This upcoming US tour presents Tony with the opportunity to unveil his new Pearl kit, complete with Masters MCX shells and finished in Black Cherry Lacquer (335). In keeping with Papa Roach’s heavy sound, Tony prefers the 6-ply, all-maple shells of the Masters MCX series to provide the warm, full bodied and deep tones the band’s millions of fans expect.
