KISS to be Honored at 32nd Annual ASCAP Awards
The American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP) will present, rock icons, KISS with the prestigious ‘ASCAP Founders Award’ at the upcoming ASCAP Pop Music Awards. The highly prominent ASCAP Founders Award honors those pioneering ASCAP songwriters who have made exceptional contributions to the music industry by inspiring and influencing their fellow music creators. Past recipients include Sir Paul McCartney, Smokey Robinson, Patti Smith, Steely Dan, Rod Stewart, James Taylor, Steven Tyler and Joe Perry (Aerosmith), Tom Waits, Stevie Wonder and Neil Young. The 32nd Annual ASCAP Pop Music Awards will take place on April 29th at the Loews Hollywood Hotel in Los Angeles, California.
