Ian O’Neill Adds Cassadee Pope to Touring Juggling Act
Pearl Artist, Ian O’Neill has announced that he will be taking over the drumming responsibilities for Country Music up-and-comer, Cassadee Pope, on her upcoming summer festival tour dates! Armed with his endlessly deep pocket and insanely heavy groove, Ian’s summer run alongside Cassadee Pope will kick off his 2015 juggling act of A-list artists, which also includes the ever-so-talented singer/songwriter, Colbie Caillat. For his dates with Cassadee Pope, Ian will be re-introducing his glorious Reference Pure drums to center-stage, ending the drums’ lengthy tenure locked away inside Ian’s Nashville-based studio. Finished in a beautiful Ivory Pearl lacquer, Ian’s Reference Pure drum set consists of a massive 24x16 bass drum, 13x9 rack tom, 16” and 18” floor toms, and topped with a 14x6.5 Reference Brass snare drum. Cassadee Pope became a household name during her phenomenal run on the NBC hit show, The Voice, where she was crowned champion following a thrilling Live Finale in December of 2012.
