Tom Hurst is one of the most in demand percussion educators and performers in the Nashville area.He's a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Ethnomusicology, and has over 23 years of teaching and performing experience. From national acts like Chuck Wicks, Bucky Covington, Sister Hazel, or the Backstreet Boys, to his duties as Co-founder/Program Coordinator of WGI World Finalist Infinity Percussion or teaching the very best students in Nashville....Tom brings excellence to everything he touches.
Tom is a member of the Vic Firth Education team and he proudly represents Pearl Drums, REMO percussion, Zildjian Cymbals and Total Backline Services Instrument Rental.
